Section 5 – DAO Governance

🏛️ MUY Token White Paper – Section 5: DAO Governance

“Because real ownership comes with real influence.”

🧱 5.1 – What Is the DAO Builder Tier?

“Not everyone gets a vote — only those who helped build the foundation.”

The DAO Builder Tier is MUY's core governance body. It's made up of high-conviction early investors who:

  • Hold 50,000+ MUY-A tokens

  • Have passed KYC/AML (whitelisted wallets only)

  • Held tokens for at least 90 days

  • Are aligned for long-term growth (12-month lock-up)

🗳️ 5.2 – Proposal, Quorum & Voting Logic

“Governance is not a feature. It’s the foundation.”

🌐 5.4 – Cross-Series Governance (MUY-A, B, C...)

“One DAO. Multiple assets. A unified vision.”

MUY is a series model — a unified DAO governs multiple tokenized projects:

  • MUY-A: Mixed-use, Playa del Carmen (Live)

  • MUY-B: Medical & long-stay hybrid (Approved)

  • MUY-C: Campeche expansion (Proposed)

The MUY DAO Constitution (draft v1.0) defines:

  • Voting rights, thresholds, proposal formats

  • Buyback policy and limitations

  • Onboarding new series (MUY-B, C...)
