By signing this agreement, you affirm:

• ✅ You have read and agree to the White Paper, Prospectus, and Privacy Policy

🔐 Lock-Up & Holding Rules

• MUY Tokens are non-transferable for 12 months from issuance

• You must store tokens in a whitelisted wallet

• Token transfers are enforced via smart contract

💸 Quarterly Distributions

• 85% of rental income is distributed to token holders quarterly

• 15% goes to the DAO Treasury for platform sustainability

• Distributions are made in USDC or USDT and are not guaranteed

⚖️ Legal Compliance

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Mexico

• Disputes are resolved in the jurisdiction of Solidaridad, Quintana Roo
