🧩 MUY Token White Paper – Section 6: Technology & Compliance Stack

“Built on-chain. Grounded in law. Future-proof by design.”

🔗 6.1 – Blockchain: Polygon Layer 2

MUY-A is deployed on Polygon, a fast, cost-effective Ethereum Layer 2 network.

Feature
Benefit to Investors

Low Gas Fees

<$0.01 per transaction

Speed

65,000+ TPS

Ethereum-Compatible

ERC-3643 support + bridge-ready

Secure

Backed by Ethereum validators

Eco-Friendly

Carbon neutral since 2022

Trusted Ecosystem

Used by Adobe, Aave, Starbucks, RealT, Centrifuge

Polygon enables:

  • High-frequency microtransactions

  • Stablecoin payouts to 100s of wallets

  • DAO voting, treasury rebalancing, buybacks

All MUY contracts are verifiable via PolygonScan, and DAO tools integrate with Snapshot, Tally, and Gnosis Safe.

Real estate. Rebuilt with blockchain. Transparent, secure, global.

🧾 6.2 – Token Standard: ERC-3643 (Security Token)

ERC-3643 (formerly T-REX) is a compliance-first Ethereum token standard. MUY-A uses it to embed:

  • KYC/AML enforcement

  • Transfer restrictions (whitelisted wallets only)

  • Smart contract partitions (income vs. governance rights)

  • Document linkage (via IPFS hashes)

What ERC-3643 Unlocks:

Feature
Benefit

On-Chain Identity

Only verified wallets can hold MUY-A

Partitioning

Smart logic for vesting, voting rights, rewards

Legal Anchoring

Offering docs linked to token ID

Global Compliance

EU, Reg D, Reg S compatible

ERC-3643 gives MUY tokens the trust of a security and the utility of Web3.

🛠️ 6.3 – Smart Contract Logic

All contract logic is coded on-chain:

Function
Description

issueTokens()

Mints tokens to KYC-verified wallets

distributeIncome()

Quarterly payouts in USDC/USDT

lockVestedTokens()

Team + advisor vesting enforcement

buyBackTokens()

Executes DAO-approved token repurchase

castVote()

Confirms Snapshot ID voting weight

Manual spreadsheets are dead. Payouts, governance, and treasury flows are automated.

🔐 Security Layers

  • 3-of-5 Multisig: Admin actions require DAO signer consensus

  • Pause/Fail-safes: In case of emergency

  • Q3 2025 Audit: Scheduled CertiK/Hacken review
