Legal Contact & Dispute Resolution
📬 Legal Contact & Dispute Resolution
This section provides the official point of contact for legal communications and outlines how MUY Token handles formal disputes, investor concerns, and regulatory matters.
We believe that strong relationships — with investors, partners, and regulators — are built on clarity, respect, and fast responses.
1. 🧾 Legal Entity
Legal Name: MYSTARD S.A. de C.V. RFC: MYS200610FD1 Country of Incorporation: Mexico Legal Address: Diagonal 70 Sur MZA 253, Lote 2, Colonia Ejidal, Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico Primary Email for Legal Matters: legal@muytoken.com
All legal and compliance correspondence must be addressed to the attention of the Legal Department.
2. ⚖️ Jurisdiction & Governing Law
All contractual agreements, including the Token Subscription Agreement (TSA), DAO Constitution, and Terms of Service, are governed by:
The laws of the United Mexican States
Local jurisdiction of Solidaridad, Quintana Roo, Mexico
By participating in MUY Token, you acknowledge that any legal disputes must be resolved within the applicable Mexican legal framework.
We are committed to fair and respectful conflict resolution — ideally before it reaches legal action.
3. 🤝 Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a complaint, disagreement, or dispute related to:
Your token purchase
Wallet whitelisting
Quarterly distributions
DAO voting eligibility
Terms of any agreement or document
We encourage the following steps:
🔹 Step 1: Direct Contact
Email legal@muytoken.com with a clear description of the issue, including:
Your full name
Your wallet address (if applicable)
The nature of the complaint
Any supporting documents or screenshots
You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days, and a full written reply within 10 business days.
🔹 Step 2: Mediation Option (If Necessary)
If direct communication does not resolve the issue, we may mutually agree to submit the matter to mediation, using a neutral third-party arbitrator in Quintana Roo or remotely via international mediation services.
This approach helps both sides save time, costs, and maintain goodwill.
🔹 Step 3: Formal Legal Action
If mediation fails or is declined, either party may proceed with formal legal action in the local courts of Solidaridad, Quintana Roo, under the laws of Mexico.
Please note: All investors agree to this exclusive jurisdiction when participating in the MUY Token ecosystem, as outlined in the Token Subscription Agreement.
4. 🧠 Regulatory Cooperation
If you are a regulatory body, legal counsel, or compliance officer:
We will respond to formal requests within applicable legal timelines. Please direct inquiries to: 📩 legal@muytoken.com
We are committed to full transparency with regulators in Mexico, Canada, the European Union, and other jurisdictions relevant to our investors.
5. 💬 Final Note
We are not just a token project — we are a professional platform backed by real estate, real law, and real relationships.
If you ever feel uncertain, confused, or concerned, reach out. There’s a human on the other side of this page.
We’re here to listen.
